WHAT can be returned?
I Am Group Australia can except returns if you are dissatisfied with our product. We only except returns on products that are a maximum of 20% depleted.

HOW do customers return items?

SHIPPING for returns?
All delivery costs for returns are bourne by the returnee.
CREDIT for returns?
We credit the returned item once received and approved by our staff. We can only approve credits if products are bought directly from this official web site. We endevour to credit refunds through the same payement method as originally bought.
Please place product in original plastic sleeve and box for return. If plastic sleeve has been damaged, place in small plastic bag inside the original packaging box. Then place the product with packaging inside the prepaid mailing satchel.
